About Us
Deborah Louisiana, owner
I have been riding horses for nearly 35 years. I started my career in barrel racing, pole bending and breezing horses at a local racetrack near my home. I also ran my own facility, rescuing and rehabilitating race horses until I moved to Colorado. At that time, I became interested in English riding and rode equitation for several years before moving back to Arizona. I began eventing and taking in rescue horses; rehabilitating and finding new homes for them. I began to excel at dressage and now focus on riding only in this event; in which I have become a nationally-ranked rider. It has always been my dream to be able to have a place dedicated to retiring, rescuing and rehabilitating horses; while learning more about the ethereal connection between the horse and rider.
Judi Stafford-Holden, owner
My love for horses came by being around my daughter whose obvious love and devotion to them manifested itself at an early age. My first years were as support to her endeavors while she immersed herself in this “hobby;” I soon learned that it was more than a hobby; it was a passion which rubbed off on me. I started riding, then competing: qualifying for the Quarter Horse World Championships. A non riding related accident ended my riding career; not my passion and devotion to these magnificent animals culminating in obtaining the facility to make Debbie and my dream a reality.
Lee Holden, director of client relations
Love, patience and hard work; make the special relationship between owner and horse a magical thing. I help my daughter by keeping the lines of communication open and the facilities in order. Our ability to communicate with you, to know and understand your horses and for you to know what is going on at Synergy Sporthorses is my charge and my passion.
